Kayla: Finally, A Program I Can Trust
I don’t believe everything I read on the Internet or even what my friends say. It seems like every other month, there’s a new fad about what we should or shouldn’t eat. I keep reading about bone broth, but last year I saw a lot of articles about wheat and milk being bad for you. I even saw where too much exercise can be bad for you.
Plus, it seems like what works for one person doesn’t work at all for someone else. My best girlfriend at work eats cheese and sweets all the time and I swear she never works out or never gains weight at all, but I’ve got like five different sizes in my closet! And I feel like I’m always thinking about food.
It gives me peace of mind to know that the menu plan I’m following right now was put together by experts and that it was adjusted to me personally. That seems like the way science should work, you know? When I have questions they always explain how things work, and I’m learning new ways to deal with food cravings that I’ve literally had for years and years (like Girl Scout cookies).
So I’m feeling pretty good overall about the direction. This feels new, like an approach I haven’t done before, but it makes a lot of sense.
